The Barasoain and Tirapu wind farms, both located in Navarre (Spain) and operated by Naturgy, consist of 11 and 4 precast concrete towers, respectively. The 3.3 MW wind turbines manufactured by NORDEX are supported by 120-meter-high towers developed by the German company Ventur Drössler.
WINDTECHNIC collaborated on the project by providing technical assistance and developing a supplier network during the manufacture of the concrete components of the towers. These components were manufactured by PRECON, a company belonging to the Cementos Molins group, which has extensive experience in precast concrete.
