Windtechnic Engineering has entered into a strategic agreement with Ophiolite Oman LLC, a company belonging to the historic A. Mohamed & Ahmed Al Khonji Group Co. to collaborate in the production and supply of wind towers in the Sultanate of Oman.
The alliance combines Windtechnic’s expertise in the design and construction of concrete towers for wind energy with Ophiolite Oman’s deep knowledge in civil engineering and precasting. This synergy will strengthen the local supply chain for renewable energy projects and enhance the country’s industrial capacity in a key sector for its energy future.
The project is aligned with the objectives of Oman Vision 2040, the national strategy that seeks to diversify the economy, boost sustainability and accelerate the transition to clean energy sources. In addition to contributing to the development of green infrastructure, this initiative will promote local content, generating skilled employment and strengthening the technical training of Omani professionals in a highly specialized field.
For Windtechnic Engineering, the agreement represents a significant step forward in its international expansion and consolidates its position as a global reference in concrete structural solutions for the wind energy sector.
